true love poems
all of these people
in love
with one another
are asking for my help
write us a poem
they say
and recite it at our wedding
it would mean so much to us
but what do i know?
no one has been unluckier
or sadder
in love
than me
so i lie
i write lies
because
it's only the heart's ache
that i know to be
true
